Director, Lead Photographer

Hello! I’m Lucas, the founder of U.P. Response Media, I originally started this as a “fire buffing” page, but not too long after I started U.P. Response Media, I thought about journalism, and everything just clicked. I’ve always wanted to help the community, and in a way, I believe I’m helping by delivering timely and factual news about incidents that happen in our area! If you see me out and about, don’t be afraid to say hi!

Hi, I’m Brayden, and I’m passionate about public safety and the people who serve our communities every day. For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with the Michigan State Police, where I’ve gained valuable experience and a greater appreciation for the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork that law enforcement demonstrates. Those experiences have helped shape my goal of pursuing a career in public safety. One of my favorite hobbies is first responder photography, especially fire scene photography. I enjoy respectfully documenting the work of firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, and other emergency responders as they serve their communities. Through photography, I hope to capture the professionalism and commitment of those who answer the call when others need help most. I enjoy meeting new people, learning from first responders, and supporting my local community whenever I can. If you ever see me out in the community at an event, a public safety gathering, or while I’m taking photos, don’t hesitate to come say hello. I’m always happy to meet new people, talk about public safety, photography, or patch collecting, and make new connections.
